Operations ยท Pending Orders โ Receiving โ Warehouse โ FBA
Amazon FBA inbound shipping and receiving. Nothing gets re-typed between "buy it" and Amazon's dock.
Purchase orders, receiving, warehouse bins and FBA inbound shipments in one pipeline. Every unit costed at the moment you receive it. Every order tracked to your door. Every box tracked to Amazon's. Freight folded into per-unit cost automatically โ the number most sellers never get right, done for you.

- The silent short-ship
- 60 sent, 57 checked in, zero claims
You found 30 winners Tuesday night. You ordered maybe 20.
The other ten were profit you just forgot to buy โ because the deal lived in a research tab and your order lived in a spreadsheet and nothing connected them. Then the boxes came, got counted on a notepad, and the notepad never made it into the books. Three units short at Amazon check-in, nobody noticed, no claim filed. That's how a profitable operation runs at a mystery margin. Every gap in this pipeline is money leaking through a seam between two tools. So we removed the seams.

Every "buy" you marked is already on the list.
Items marked buy in any scan land on Pending Orders automatically โ ASIN, source link, cost, target prices filled in. Grouped by supplier with collapsible sections and a live count of what's left to order. Edit quantity or cost on the row and projected profit recalculates on the spot, referral fee included. Pack-size aware: enter the single-unit cost and the per-listing math is spelled out โ $3.14 ร 2-pack = $6.28. The deals stop leaking between finding and buying.
- Progress
- per-order bar: units in prep, warehoused, shipped, cancelled, issues
- Search
- order numbers, suppliers, ASINs, titles โ matches auto-expand, live highlighting
- Paper trail
- attach the supplier's PDF invoice; a type-ahead supplier directory with acronyms keeps names consistent everywhere

Statuses you don't maintain are statuses you can trust.
Marking an item ordered creates or extends a purchase order by itself. Every order in one sortable table โ date, priority, status, order number, supplier, account, cashback, card, total โ click any value to edit inline. Statuses derive themselves from real activity: In Bound, Received, FBA Prepping, Warehoused, Complete, Missing Items, Canceled. Nobody updates a column, so the column is never a lie. The total shows what the order is really worth after damaged and expired units, with dollars lost on hover.
- Balance
- live per-item indicator (7/10, "awaiting 3") plus an order-level summary
- Over-receive
- warned, with a deliberate-accept option for real overages
- Mistakes
- Undo Receive rolls back exactly the last batch, attribution preserved
- Cancelled units
- re-order in one click, quantities capped, card and cashback carried over
- Teams
- every receive attributed to the person who did it; owners can undo any team member's receive
The moment a box opens is the moment your cost becomes real.
Open the order, click Receive, log good / damaged / expired / cancelled per item โ multiple deliveries add up against the same target. Case mode multiplies for you: 3 cases ร 6-pack = 18 units. And here's the sentence that makes every profit number downstream true: cost basis is captured at the moment you receive, and each supplier order keeps its own cost layer. The same product bought at $4 in March and $6 in June books each sale at the right cost. No blending. No guessing which buy made money.
- Refresh
- every in-flight number, automatically, around the clock; delivered packages stop being polled
- Dark packages
- a "no ETA" list surfaces what the carrier hasn't scheduled โ chase the supplier while they still answer email
- Deep links
- every number opens the carrier's own page
- Timestamps
- last-checked shown; one-click refresh anytime
- Supplies too
- General Shipments: same carriers, same calendar, invoices attached, archive kept
Twenty carrier tabs, closed for good.
Paste a tracking number; the carrier is detected from the number alone โ UPS, FedEx, USPS, OnTrac, Amazon TBA, and CDL Last Mile, quirks included. Live status straight from the carriers: transit stage, last location, ETA, every tracking number on the order, each deep-linked. An 8-day calendar across the top of the orders page shows package counts per day per carrier, so 14-box Thursday gets staffed like 14-box Thursday. And the non-inventory packages every seller orders โ poly bags, boxes, label printers โ get the same treatment in General Shipments, with itemized costs, invoice PDFs, and supplier tags.
- Setup
- none โ QR, phone, shoot
- Filing
- matched automatically to the right PO line when confident; unmatched photos queue with a one-tap suggestion โ it never silently guesses
- Dates
- expiration read off the label automatically; hand-entered dates always win
- Output
- auto-rotated, resized, bundled into one clean PDF per item, stored with the order
- Audit
- every photo action hits the inventory change log
Scan a QR code. Your phone becomes the evidence camera.
Scan the QR on your desktop and any phone opens a capture session โ no app, no login, and the link expires itself for security. Shoot up to six sides and 12 photos per product, queue multiple products, upload once. The product label is read automatically and photos attach to the right order item โ including items on other open orders โ and the expiration date is read off the label into the record, never overwriting a date you typed. When a supplier disputes a damage claim, the proof already exists, because taking it cost nothing.
- Cards
- saved by label + last-4 only โ full numbers never stored; sortable across the order table
- Cashback
- which portal, per order, carried from buy list to PO to re-orders โ chase the cashback that never posted
- Manual cases
- ASIN, order number, supplier, cost, quantity, reason, timestamped notes
- Statement mapping
- each case shows the purchasing account and card last-4 the credit should land on
- Follow-through
- cases in Refund Approved past your set days (default 14, configurable) trigger the banner
The paperwork starts itself at the warehouse door.
Log units damaged or expired during receiving and Remworth starts your supplier refund paperwork automatically โ the case opens priced at what you actually paid, pre-marked Report ASAP. Supplier means the distributor or online store you bought from: you make the contact; Remworth records, reminds, and tracks every case so nothing is forgotten. Every case walks a one-click ladder from Reported through Refund Received, with Denied and Forgot To Report for honest write-offs, and dollar cards for money to report, in flight, recovered, and lost. And when a refund sits at "approved" too long, a dashboard banner tells you to go check the card โ approved is a promise; posted is money.
- Metrics bar
- SKUs, units, cost value, sell value, est. profit, average shelf age, expiring within 30 days, location count
- New SKUs
- create the Amazon listing and request an FNSKU from a warehouse row โ auto-polls until Amazon assigns it
- Odd stock
- add unsourced inventory by ASIN โ returns, liquidation, found stock โ catalog data pulled, cost basis tracked
- Batches
- merging new stock keeps each batch's cost layer separate; older stock consumed first
- Alerts
- 30-day expiring-soon warnings, color-coded shelf-age badges at 30/60 days
"It's in the garage somewhere" is not an inventory system.
A real warehouse screen for prepped-but-not-shipped stock: as many zone/shelf/bin locations as you need, every unit carrying its cost, supplier, expiration, and shelf age. Scan or type an MSKU or ASIN with a standard barcode scanner, pick a bin, hit Assign โ looked up server-side, so nothing is ever off screen. Print 2ร1-inch FNSKU/MSKU thermal labels straight from the browser โ condition, title, Best By on every label, cut lines between SKUs, automatic font shrinking for long FNSKUs. No separate label software, no separate label subscription. And Adjust Stock is honest by construction: every adjustment needs a reason โ shipped, loss, correction, return to prep โ and the dialog shows "Amazon tracks X / books expect Y," pulled live, before you decide. Losses book to P&L with a cause. No silent deletes, ever.
- Pooling
- across buys, across rows, automatic
- Badges
- packs ready / need N more, per listing
- Send math
- source units โ Amazon listings, shown before you commit
- Leftovers
- routed to your warehouse, never stranded off the books
- Warning
- where every unit ends up, spelled out pre-commit
Six loose singles of a 3-pack listing = two sellable packs. Your software should know that.
Ours does. Loose units scattered across separate buys pool automatically into complete sellable packs, with "packs ready / need N more" badges and a pre-send breakdown of what ships versus what stays. At send time the multipack math is spelled out โ 24 units ร pack-of-6 = 4 listings โ and leftovers route to your warehouse instead of silently ceasing to exist. Multipack sellers hit this weekly. No spreadsheet handles it at all.
- Threshold
- 5 units per ASIN, tracked for you, prompt fires when a batch qualifies
- Destinations
- new shipment / open shipment / staging / warehouse โ one fork, four paths
- Data
- costs, prices, tax codes, packs, dates carried automatically
- MSKU
- auto-generated from your own supplier acronyms
- Guard
- expired and 125-day-rule items flagged item by item before anything ships
Amazon charges to spread your small shipments around. Stop paying it.
Park items in the staging area until an ASIN accumulates 5+ units, then get prompted to create a shipment that dodges the placement fee entirely โ a dedicated list with barcode scan-to-add, built specifically to beat Amazon's inbound placement fee by batching to the threshold. Around it, one Send button routes received units wherever they need to go: a new FBA shipment (auto-named, Small Parcel / LTL / Full Truckload, boxes pre-created), an open shipment, staging, or your warehouse โ costs, prices, tax codes, pack sizes, and expiration dates riding along. Sending to warehouse auto-builds an MSKU from your supplier acronyms, and you can request FNSKU labels at warehouse time so stock is prep-ready before ship day.
- Listings
- bulk creation from the workspace, FNSKUs auto-retrieved, one-click permanent MSKUs
- Boxes
- reusable size presets, quantities, dims and weights confirmed; box-content-provided, 2D barcode, and manual modes
- Backing out
- pull units to warehouse stock with labels preserved, or write them off as a booked loss โ counts stay correct either way
- Last look
- every item card carries history charts, live fees, and a profitability recalculator โ judge it again before freight money moves
- Modes
- full Amazon-connected, or a simpler manual mode
Plan it, pack it, book it, ship it. Seller Central stays closed.
Amazon's entire inbound workflow, in-app: create the plan, packing options, placement options, carrier, delivery window, box labels, mark shipped โ starting from received units, with cost basis traveling on every unit. Pre-flight checks catch what normally kills shipment day: missing package dimensions auto-filled from Amazon's catalog or patched onto the listing, incomplete listings fixed with one-click attribute repairs, a missing listing created on the spot. And the gating check runs again at shipping time โ Amazon can gate a product between your buy and your ship, and finding that out from a rejected shipment is the expensive way. It links you to the exact approval page; the application is still yours to file.
- Quote guard
- your confirmed carrier choice is honored exactly โ if Amazon's quote changes underneath you, the app asks you to re-pick, never silently substitutes a price
- Late changes
- edit box contents after confirmation (within Amazon's limits) โ old vs. new charge shown first, label-reprint reminder included
- Splits
- when Amazon splits across fulfillment centers, each destination gets its own quotes, tracking, and labels
- Box tracking
- live carrier status per individual box, refreshed automatically, with an outgoing calendar
- Restart
- Amazon cancelled a shipment you'd marked shipped? One click rebuilds it โ items and box assignments intact
Pallet freight quoted where the pallets are.
Amazon partnered small-parcel quotes fetched, compared, and confirmed in-app, delivery window picked before you commit. Pallets too: enter count, dimensions, weight, stackability, freight class, and declared value per destination to get Amazon's partnered LTL freight quotes โ Amazon books the truck, you pick the window. In-app pallet freight is a wholesale-account feature the OA-focused tools never built. Your own carrier works for both, with freight bill number and BOL capture.
- Split basis
- sellable units Amazon actually receives
- Multi-leg
- transport cost aggregated across destination splits before allocating
- Corrections
- post-ship freight edits flow into per-unit COGS automatically
- Check-in
- shipped vs. received per product per shipment, around the clock
- Attribution
- sold units tied to the shipment that supplied them
Your freight bill lives inside your profit number now.
Carrier charges and Amazon inbound placement fees are spread across the sellable units of each shipment the moment it ships โ split by what Amazon actually receives, aggregated across multi-destination legs, self-correcting when a freight cost is edited later. Amazon-billed partnered charges lock read-only, because Amazon's bill is the truth. Most sellers never get inbound freight into per-unit COGS at all. Here it isn't even a task. And the check-in watch never sleeps: Amazon's receiving counts are pulled automatically, around the clock โ shipped 60, checked in 57? You'll see the 3, and that's claim money. Per shipment, the batch answer: product cost + shipping + placement fee โ estimated net, with background sales sync tying sold units to the exact shipment that supplied them. A worked example: $1,240 in product cost โ $3,180 of value โ $1,378 estimated net, freight and fees in โ computed per shipment, automatically.
- Diagnostics
- Check Listing shows the live listing's issues verbatim from Amazon, per SKU, with a Seller Central deep link as the escape hatch
- Provenance
- each stranded ASIN traced to its inbound shipments โ sent vs. received, expirations โ labeled where it's best-effort inference
- Freshness
- never an all-clear without a completed check; data older than 24 hours is flagged
- Removals
- address prefilled, quantities capped to Amazon's stranded count, one-in-flight-per-SKU guard, Amazon's status verbatim
- Accounting
- cancelled removals restate cleanly into the correct period
Stranded units earn nothing and bill you storage. We watch them around the clock.
Your stranded report, auto-checked around the clock: Amazon's exact reason, recommended action, quantities, price, and date stranded per SKU โ with a countdown to Amazon's auto-removal deadline, amber at 7 days, red at 2. One-click Relist with a preview validated by Amazon itself before anything applies โ including re-creating a deleted listing โ and it will never accidentally flip a merchant-fulfilled listing to FBA. If anything changed in between, it stops and re-previews. You approve exactly what Amazon confirmed it will accept. Removal orders โ Return or Disposal โ go out from the same screen with a byte-for-byte submission preview, and when Amazon cancels removal units, their cost credits back to the month the expense was booked โ recomputed from source on every read, so it can't drift or double-book.
